I first had the pleasure of meeting Mark Charnley and his Father approx 12 years ago, following the death of my Mother. The task of choosing a headstone for a loved one is not easy or pleasurable.
As soon as I walked into their shop in Longford, Coventry I was put at ease with their whole approach. Mark went through everything with me step by step, offering advice when and where needed. Something I will never forget!
